'It's not Bread'

This isn't just a dozen eggs in their holder, it's a holder that I coveted for a couple years. Whenever I would go home to my parents in Arizona, I would go to this , mostly outdoor (a little bit of indoor) market with the most gorgeous collection of Mexicana ceramics.

I love their vibrancy and loosely painted designs. There's a freshness to it! And finally, after seeing this egg holder on every visit (and a butter dish I loved) I finally treated myself to this little hand painted gem from Mexico, adding to my Maxican influenced kitchen.

I loved it so much I felt compelled to paint it and share it with you!
